  • The Sales and Customer Support Specialist is responsible for indirect (phone and computer) sales support, client communication, relationship building and handling administrative tasks for our customer base. Duties also include processing sales orders, returns/credits and other tasks as necessary. SCSS will be a team player and be proactive in achieving team goals. The ideal SCSS has vigilant attention to detail, consistently applies initiative to solve client problems, brings keen organizational skills to every aspect of their career.

    Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
    • Good typing and computer skills
    • Ability to demonstrate the technical features and benefits of our products (matching technology to the business)
    • Strong multi-tasking and decision-making skills
    • Ability to compose documents and customer proposals, generate purchase orders and sales receipts
    • Ability to maintain strong customer relations
    • Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Understanding of business processes in business verticals including government, education, healthcare, manufacturing (durable and non-durable), retail and hospitality
    Responsibilities:
